This fun, practical workshop covers a range of different fermentation skills: From using wild yeasts to create sourdough and fizzy drinks to brewing wines and kefirs with cultured cultures. Learn how to make sauerkraut or kimchi to enable you to add more gut-friendly bacteria to your diet. Find out how easy it is to make fruit vinegars and loads of surprises. This workshop will take around three hours with plenty of hands-on demonstration and samples to try. Suitable for 6 -12 participants. Great for team building days, community groups and stag/ hen parties.
All materials and samples will be supplied, together with PDF recipes for all of the material covered.
